Most of the time, our worries are about future. Here are the questions that will help you in  resolving them.

🔥 Am I worrying about something that has not happened yet?

🔥 Is this worry a real life worry that I can resolve?
💫 If Yes, what is that I can do to resolve? List all the steps of action plan.
💫 If No, what can I do to stop this worry? List the activities that can shift the attention.
