Hello everyone 💕
This week add meditation to your routine. ✨

Adding meditation to your daily routine is most beneficial.✨✨

I have been doing meditation for 30 minutes, twice a day since one and half months without fail.I can observe the changes in me already! ✨✨✨

Few benefits I am observing are:

🙌 Improved Metabolism ( I have lost couple of kgs weight, now I am nearing the weight I was before marriage 😀)

🙌 Lots of patience , that too with children 🙂

🙌 Calmness

🙌 Focus

🙌 Good energy level throughout the day – I am even studying till late 3am.

✨Overall I am feeling good and experiencing contentment.✨
