Isha Kriya | Meditation

From today, I started doing Isha Kriya.

Wanted to do this since ages, I thought now is the high time to start, you see to gain my sanity and to keep my sanity with these 3 sweet monsters around me: my twins and my little puppy.

So today I did this. At the end of the Kriya, tears started rolling down my eyes. It was feel good tears.

I will give the feedback after I finish one mandala(48days).

Isha Kriya is a guided meditation.
It’s very simple. Anyone above 12 years old can do. It has lots of benefits.

To gain the maximum benefits we should do it for 48 days(mandala) twice a day(or at least once a day for 90 days). Thereafter we can do once a day.
